Litany against fear
"I must not fear.

Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain."

I have been doing much better the past few days,  thanks in large part to how awesome all of you are.   I will post again soon!

If you are having issues with fear right now, then maybe that will help. It's 40 minutes, but I recommend listening to it. It starts out with a very practical argument against fear, and in the end it gets kind of deep and interesting, he suggests completely altering your beliefs about the nature of reality to render fear obsolete by embracing your "true nature", in the Buddhist sense. You may also like to read some of his articles on the subjective reality model, wherein you accept that everything, all of reality, is in fact not "real" but is closer in nature to a dream, an illusion, or a hologram, and thus it makes no sense to be afraid of an illusion.
