But lets try!
1 box Macaroni noodles, Prepare al-dente, then drain
Brown a quarter cup of flour in a large sauce pan, (make a roux) I brown it good but dont over do it.
After browned, add a half cup of nutritional yeast and stir it together quicky (the heat is still on), then addd about a cup of water and start mixing non-stop. Keep adding water and mixing until it starts to turn into a thin but even sauce. Keep stirring constantly, while adding Salt, Garlic Powder and mustard to taste. ( I prefer some yellow, and some spicy mustard) Sometimes I add a little oil, but its not nessasary.
Just play with these ingredients and keep stirring forever until you get the taste and thickness you want out of the sauce.
Re-rinse the drained noodles (just to get them wet again) and pour them right into the sauce and stir it up.
